The only way to do this is to have a fair and professionally audited trading contest. Hell, I figure if I trade just one week I will win, right? You already said you were unprofitable. I am certain Baron wouldn't want to get in the middle of this. To whom do you make the cashier's check payable? Don't you realize you can easily stop payment on a cashier's check? Do you ask a third party to deposit the $ from both participants then pay the winner at the end of the contest period? Etc, etc. Now if you guys are *really* serious about this, here's what you do. I know from experience because someone on this board made a $5,000 challenge and this is how I set it up. Use an escrow service like escrow.com. Both send $10,000 to escrow.com made payable to the other person, but designate an agreed upon arbiter who will have sole approval authority to accept/reject payments. When the winner is selected, the arbiter will approve payment from the loser and reject the payment from the winner. It's the only way to do it electronically.... if you are serious. If neither of you are serious, just drop the posturing and move on...

peculiar behaviour Tampa. I for one was curious about new research material to read (although ema of ema sounds like a "curve fit"- still interesting to see what it looks like). Don't know why you'd bother creating a thread to give yourself additional, if not brief, emotional hassle. Seems like a self sabotage tendency imo. If not, then all the best to you. /ignore #1
