56 waiver?

    Got my waiver today. Fwiw my 7, 63, 55 were all expired, but I guess they took into account experience. So relieved!

  2. waivers are automatic for all licensed series 7 holders until 12/31/2011. after that, you will need to apply for a waiver and have it approved.

    Sweet. I'm in the same exact situation. I have the 7, 63, and 55... all expired, but I haven't heard from them

  4. the waivers will have to be approved after 12/31 so make sure to register your 7 with a cboe firm before then if you want to keep it.

  8. you da man thunderblttr. thanks! anyone who applied for a waiver ...how long did it take to hear back? also anyone out there with a lapsed S7 from a few years back get a waiver approval? Mine lapsed back in 2006. thanks all

    Yeah my waiver was approved with a lapsed S7, 63 & 55. It was a few years ago that they lapsed.
