Seems that way. I believe the answer to your implied "just wondering" question is pretty clear (a resounding "No"), based on the content of the very first post by zzzap in this thread on 10-23-07.

i have to tell you i would never do any business with ib i never did and never would word was out on them back when they were, i think timberhill or something like that waaaaaay back. not good people at all when things go wrong.
