He's a wise, experienced participant in the markets. You should be thankful for his candid, on-point contributions.
If there was to be money to be made someone would have created it already with much deeper pockets. I also think you have vastly underestimated, the amount of capital, needed. I worked for a software company, and while our software started at $100K, for mid-size process manufacturers(competition was Microsoft, and a few smaller players) and just to do a mod to our software would probably start at $30K up to $100K to just plug-in to our base .Net software. The client would be charged $150hr., if I remember right, and we're talking middle of the pack software developers in Minnesota. While not strictly apple to apples, anything not out of the box is very expensive to create. I do hope you make a fortune doing it...milk that to billions even but do make sure it isn't a fools errand.
OP, check out this video. Some very good info here: https://www.mindtheproduct.com/2015/09/video-the-root-causes-of-product-failure-by-marty-cagan/
Aquarians 147 Posts 12 Likes New I haven't worked that much with traders as to make an opinion about them except in general they're the kind of guys throwing shit at a wall hoping some sticks. Nothing wrong with that, in scientific terms that's called "R&D" and is eons above the sub-amoebas in the development department. I think you have absolutely no clue what market makers do... nothing wrong with that, but don't create a false notion about who traders are and that they "throw shit at a wall hoping it sticks".... and definitely don't pretend to know how MM work by just observing them. If you don't know, kindly ask and filter out the nonsense you will get on here. Don't clutter up other peoples threads with your own nonsense.... I know, sometimes it's hard to resist... but at least stick with the nonsense that you do know... please note correction of who said what. _ "I know, sometimes it's hard to resist... but at least stick with the nonsense that you do know...I know, sometimes it's hard to resist... but at least stick with the nonsense that you do know..." this is the best line of the year on ET.
Gotta try to be a bit more diplomatic in the future Thanks all for your support though, you're being very helpful.
"Gotta try," how about I will 100 hundred percent. skip the smiley. it confirms you are not a serious person.
If you want to avoid losing your $50k I personally would take Robert up on his offer. He is the real deal!
