Right now without any unemployment extensions in the making, millions of people by early 2010 will have completely exhausted their benefits. They have pushed aside a second stimulus plan as of now but with the recession getting even deeper and unemployment rates going into the double digits I'm sure another round of stimulus is headed to this great economy.
