What would be the cheapest broker to execute 50K shares.
IB charges 1/2 penny/share but it costs $500 for the round trip.
    Any other suggestions?

  2. amtd or et work good for that

  3. Berkshire Hathaway (the big version, of course)?

  4. If you are more concern about the amount of the fee rather the reliability of your ticket to be fill without slippage, you could choose Ameritrade (Datek) for a fix fee of 9.95 by ticket or 20$ for your roundtrip.
