Guys, I was wondering how many of you have owned 5% or more of a companies shares, either personally or as the manager of an investment partnership. Outside of filing with the SEC, what other responsibilities do you have? What types of limitations does this impose on you in the form of trading those shares, purchasing/selling shares and filing. I would appreciate any information that you may have. Thanx, Harris:.
P2, If I were you, I would contact Bob Bright. I remember him saying that he was always aware of this percentage ownership and was careful to avoid it. nitro
Nitro- I intend to avoid it. I am in a situation where I want to go up to like 4.8% or something. I just am afraid that I may get pushed over if the company buys back some stock or something. I alway want to be able to add in case the stock drops under my basis or something. Any ideas on the particulars?
