LOL Well done Jakker!! The chart is from IGindex.com And i slept in today till 4.30pm, as im working on my patience and not being reckless and just getting into and floating around the market in sell trades for the sake of it. lol That £2 tick order i had got into yesterday when was out i just left that running, and had that cashed in at 86.56 (7ticks of that down spike low) by the target order i had preset when i had checked teh market this morning. I know i could have made lots more if id dropped a £1tick sell from 89s lastnight, or satyed at home after 5pm and traded, but today wasnt a day that really suited my style of trading, and so i was more than happy to get paid £154 to just sleep in all day!! This actually was my favourite day becuase the fact that i earnt £154 just for sleeping! lol But it wouldn't have suited my style of 'opportunist trading', as we had aud/usd up over 300points till afternoon, other pairs strengthening agaisnt dollar, ftse up 200+ most the day, and dow jerking around, and so there wa sno real opportunity to get a sell in from a high spike, would have simply been chaser trades if id sold today. Ive made £4,499 so far since 22nd sept contact started though, rom a starting account of under £2,400. And Ive already earnt £2,680 so far this week! (And im not even taking any big trade sizes out so keeping risk very low, as only doing £2 tick trades still). Gna be trading tomorrow though, and so looking forward to seeing f we get any good opportunities to sell off.
made ANOTHER ã500 in the last few hours just shorting the oil as usual. Acccount is now over ã7500 Couple of grand so far this week I think
Well done mate.. How much you doing per tick though?? and how wide a stoploss are you able to get with that?? Im keeping it to just £2 tick now because i dont wnat to have to be risking all my account anymore to get wide stoplosses that i like, so im now happy to just keep building up capital more slowly and moderately, but without having to take any big losses at all ever now, as will take fewer trades.
Sounds like a good plan, and I would like you to make lots of money, but you being conservtive will be at the expense of us who enjoy reading your crazy journal entries, it was very quite without you posting all day. I was concerned. Please be more considerate, we need the entertainment.
