I see the es is dropping quite fast, rb has been drifting lower since this morning, but oil is still holding up relatively well. i think we will drop soon though, as we don't have equities propping us up anymore.

Another rocky day in oil. I don't know whether it's market conditions or I'm starting to not see the trades, but it's getting really tough for me to be profitable again.
well this week was always going to be fairly random and less tradable due to the contract roll over. It should settle down into a less random pattern now. The distribution today was balanced with selling extremes @$49 and buying extemes @ $47.80.
Aloha guys, hows everyone been doing?? *P.S Thanks so soo much to all the people who sent me such nice private messages saying thankyou to me for creating this thread where anyone of any skill level can come read what we do and ask anything without being looked down on by the regulars, and thanks for all the farewell messages... *HUGS* Im pleased to announce that the Spanish Stallion has returned now tho.. Well wont be here as much as i used to, as i cant use computers from personal usage stuff from our control room, but im going to start practising trading by ''putting orders for the next day in the night before, between 7.30pm - 9pm''. Until 9th May im still offically in training though, so i can work very flexible hours and take days off whenever i want, since as long as i pass the tests between 5th - 8th no-one actually cares what i do. lol I was really seriously nervous when i 1st started the job, as everything looked so complex and i had to learn all the different map locations and get perfect at using the police and townlink radios n stuff while under emergency pressure situations. But im so extremely glad that i started my fulltime working career in the stockmarket, where you not only have to learn how to use everyone and be an expert at understanding whatever is thrown at you by the market, but even once you have all that you have to get the skills of working under constant extreme pressure that no other job comes close to, and with not only no-one to help you if you get into difficultly, but with actually everyone else in the market trying every trick imaginable to screw you over on an hourly basis!! It was a really great foundation basis to launch career from. Although i do have to admit that part of me does miss the action and excitement that you have forced onto you in it. Since in what i do now, i work for the Public Security Service, which is a government agency not police, so i dont have any duties like the PCs do about having to respond to call-outs and walk the beat and stuff, we are simply there to ''Oversee the area that we cover and make sure the general public is kept in a state of safety and security''. Or in other words, we just spend the whole day sitting in our control room drinking coffee, using the cameras from our indvidual work-stations to patrol the parks and river are to locate the fittest girls in shortest skirts and then perv on them (while getting paid to do that). Any actual specific cases that we get given from the police nextdoor which would involve us getting up from out recliner chairs and going out on the streets to locate, trail, and then report back on the actions of an indivual or group..., we just delegate out to the PCs n PCSOs to do those tasks for us. We also handle the phoneline for all emergency calls from the public relating to local-government incidents (like if their house falls down, a tree falls on the road, theres a wild dog in their garden, nextdoor neighburs music too loud.. ect), but we simply delegate those duties out to other government departments to take care of, and we can be as rude as we like on the phone the boss says as we are just handling calls as a favour to the local government (although i dont want to be as rude as he is to most callers).
So all i actually do is sit around all day co-ordinating PCs and PCSOs around through radio-link every few hours if theres any public-security incidents, delagating surveilance operations to them (that ive been asked by my boss to 'make sure they are taken care off'), using cameras to stalk people without having to use my energy to standup and go and do it on foot (especially if its raining or too hot i never do it on foot), and looking around zooming in and perving on fit girls! And yet i still get paid an extremely nice salary to do that. LOL So it is a very nice, comfy and relaxing job... As our entire unit is basically just there as a reserve backup incase 1day a terrorism attack or something happens in our area..., But until/unless that does happen, the rest of the year we basically just aren't really needed in the day-to-day security running of the city and so have a free-reign. I am going to try transferring into the basic normal uniform police though, since the reason that i wanted to work in security/police was for the action for physcially hitting people with batons, spraying their eyes with pepper spray, and dragging drunks onto the floor to kneel on the head n neck while handcuff them!! But the only unit that actually get to do all that stuff is the basic uniform PCs. As soon as you get either promoted to sergeant rank+, or you move into a specialist unit like the 1 i work for, you lose all those sort of thinks and instead deal with more organised crime, and only get to handle the intelliegence gathering side of it, but dont do the physcial side as your thought of as too high ranking to have to get your hands dirty. So if i move into the uniform unit, (i work for the Public Security Service not Met police so cant transfer internally have to do the whole application process like anyone else would externally by only have 16months intial as il already be at level 2 experience, instead of the normal 2years service), but il actually be taking a slight pay cut + working less social and non-flexible hours + techniclaly il be at a lower rank!! So im probbaly going to be the 1st person who ever 'actively applied for a demotion instead of promotion! LOL But back to trading, from tomorrow (today when you read it in a few hoursa lthough its 4am here in uk at moment as itype), il be giving a breif analysis of what im looking at thats taking my interest on the charts, and what levels i will be putting my target orders in at.
