Cheers mate... im just so happy and it seems like too perfect a job to even be something that would happen to me with how bad my luck is though. :/ I just hope nothing goes wrong in the paperwork somewhere and they have to withdraw the offer in the next few days or anything like that.... The boss did say repeatedly at the end though that i didnt have to be so worried and that hes not gna take it back or anything, but i always worry about stuff still. I did take ALOT of manipulation from me though to manage to talk him into giving me the job, since when i 1st got there it wasnt even an informal interview, it was more he was just informally showing me what the job would be like so if i got a similar job somewhere ele ever id know what to expect. But then i took it from there and just kept the steam-rolling the ball along and along being all charming and professional, saying nice things about his family and shwoing interest in his karate. And then he said that if he did create another vacancy there was a huge pile of dozens of other CVs who all had the 1st SIA qualification already, and he actually took the pile out to show me how big it was. SO i then had to give a speech almost, saying that yes those people did have the qualification and police/military/govenrment experience already, but so that was bad since the boss is very precse about how he wants the procedures done there and so i manage to manipulate him by saying that i was fresh and new and so i could fit and learn his rules and procedures perfectly..., But the other people who had the experience and qualifications would already have a way they liked to work and would be so happy to obey his rules.. And he even said quite a few times later that id given an extremely good answer there that he couldnt say no to.
Nice one mate. I know you've been after a 'real' job for a while, lol. Been a Good day for both of us, Ive had my best day to date! Took204 points from the GBPJPY and nearly 100 pips from the ES! Not even gonna trade anymore this whole week and gonna resist the temptation to trade and just gonna sun bath, lol (asuming the weather stays nice) No point in risking it, and i also think ithe market might be quite quiet near the end of this week what with easter etc. Congrats on the job once again.
got 100c even on the last move from 50.00 trading 2 cars. going to try to scalp into the close if it gets choppy.

Im looking to get a mortage to buy my flat as soon as possible anyways (will take about 2-3months at best probably though), but if i can manage to save up atleast 5% and get a 95% mortage on this place itd be amazing... Since i could then get 25-30year mortage, roughly 2% interest fixed rate mortage, and id then only have to pay £360 per month. (Less than half of what i currently am paying in rent) +This is the most expensive area in the UK, even higher cost than central london, and so if i can nail this place for the low cost its now being offered at (since the landlord wants to retire and so has slashed the asking price by nearly 40% in last 9months), i would then own this place and so if i wanted i could easily sell it in 5 t 10years time for well over 100k profit. +I will only be paying £350 per month towards mortage, and so would have a few hundred quid per month extra from salary tht i could put into trading capital.

The guy was abit iffy about the whle thing though... :/ We didnt actually talk about my salary, although the job vacancy that id applied for, (and what im gna do is the exact same job just he created a 2nd vacancy for me), as offering £9.10 starting salary. And id be doing 50hours+ per week, so between £21,000 t £23,000 per year starting pay.
