It is really unfortunate how the word socialism can't be separated from socialism hyphenated. American economists made it worse by creating new words to skirt around the dreaded S-word. Europe (Canada) did not bother as people were sufficiently cognizant not to be triggered like the many cow brained boomers we see all the time. "NAZIs were socialist, it has the word socialist in there!" bla bla twats. I read a brilliant piece by an economist on the hoops jumped through in America to avoid the S word over the decades. I'll try and find it.
mr bugenhagen, you might have a moment for this article? https://internationalman.com/articles/no-cheers-for-democracy/ .
Why on a trading site where everyone is obviously enough, very pro-capitalist, do the boys keep going on about (or exaggerating) about socialists? It is a little bit odd.

This is all good fun, but the scary thing is, these people already control significant chunks of the country, far more than the imaginary white nationalist threat. The most obvious example is Portland of course, where antifa thugs essentially control the streets and the cops are there to arrest anyone who objects. Seattle, SF, LA, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Philly, Baltimore, DC and a host of smaller towns, typically university towns, are more or less the same. People naively believe that higher taxes and more regulation would be the downside of socialist control. More commonly, we see riots, genocides, looting, property seizures and of course, shortages and power cuts. Crime will spiral out of control, as it is doing in the above-mentioned cities. We're not Sweden, so please don't cite them. We're far more similar or soon will be to the societies in Africa and Latin America that produced those horrors.
