The only supplement i take is a tiny dose of melatonin to help me sleep a few times a month. The bottle containing the pills says 'life extension', but that is not why i take it, i just want a better nights sleep, and it seems to work for that, at least for me. Melatonin is supposed to have many of other (anti oxidant) benefits as well, but i cant feel the effect of those. You can buy pills with huge doses like 10mg. I use 0.3mg pills, and most times I take even less than half of a 0.3mg pill. So some people consume 10mg in one night, i probably consume that much over a whole year! Apparently it doesn't work for everyone, some people see no sleep improvements at all, but it works well for me.
Life Extension is a brand name. You are taking the correct amount, anything over 1 mg is a huge overkill. There is a patent explanation why producers make such a high amount. Johnson is taking the same dose.
1. Your 20s still should be a cakewalk. The real problems only start after 35. 2. Come on 2MM is a huge overkill. Even with a personal trainer a and cook, and 2 doctors, he shouldn't spend more than half million. Also he doesn't look like a happy person, he worries about his health too much. The more he worries and spends time with useless body monitoring, the less he lives, so he is shortening his life.
monthly colonoscopies??!!! OMG!! That test by itself right there would've increased his age by 30 years each time he takes it. That test is hell!! Can't believe he thinks taking that test monthly would prolong his life.
Because the soil today that everything is grown from is getting depleted more and more of the micronutrients so I was told.
