American psycho is the first thing I thought of when I saw his images.

The comparison is more joke than jealousy.

This guy does look like he is taking it a bit too far, but it is his money, so can spend it anyway he likes.

However when anyone take things to extremes like this, it can be a sign of some underly mental health condition.

What is GH and why take CoQ10 after workout? What other supplements are you taking? Only reason I ask is because you have a background in biology and an interest in aging.

Aging sucks (past about the age of 20) sucks. There's nothing good about it. If you have the resources to reduce the rate or affects of aging and it's not going to affect the quality of your life, you might as well use them.

    Easier just to cite: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6162669/

rhGH is recombinant human Growth Hormone.

    Nutrient 950 multi w/o iron

800mg CoQ10 every other day (EOD) at waking. Coconut oil preparation (or) NOW Foods 400mg softgels -> 600mg ALA (both isomers, cheap stuff) -> ALCAR. All taken together on empty stomach. Doses vary on the “anarchy stack” so Google it. Eat bfast 10-15 minutes later.

On off days I do the Anarchy Stack with 100mg CoQ10.

1mg rhGH at waking -> subq injection -> EOD.

I don’t eat beef or pork any longer so the majority of my protein is sourced from chicken, fish, tofu. I am not genetically-predisposed to gyno so I can eat a lot of tofu and I love the stuff.

Whole egg protein powder -> a shake or two throughout the day -> Beverly UMP often substituted -> blended with 1-2 raw eggs.

5-10K IU vitamin D at bedtime.

Heavy water EOD (extremely costly and difficult to source).

Have you looked into NMN or resveratrol? For a while I was taking supplements from Dr. David Sinclair's stack, but felt not effects after a few months so dropped most of it.

    https://novoslabs.com/best-anti-aging-supplements-that-harvard-scientist-david-sinclair-takes/

Still take basics, VitC, VitD, fish oil, VitE, K2, and some others. Adding CoQ10 and garlic.

I was into resveratrol but it's since been basically debunked in terms of in vivo. I don't take NMN. "David Sinclair" is a hack and snake oil salesman.

    I take 1g of C/day.

How's Sinclair a snake oil salesman? He's a prof of genetics at Harvard. Ton of awards, published in top journals, developed a company and sold it to GSK for $720 million in 2008. Has never sold any supplements.

I have heard about HGH, but read that it's associated with elevated cancer risk. Have not really looked into it. Thought it was only (legally) prescribed to kids who fell on the lower side of the height percentile.

Your stack looks good and I used to take Now Brand ALA / ALCAR a long time ago, but wasn't sure it was doing anything. I simply focused on improving diet, sleep, and exercise. That's mostly what I have been doing although with the occasional ice cream. I don't drink alcohol and occasionally fast. I have read that the ONLY way to significantly increase lifespan in humans (so far) is to go on a severe calorie restriction diet. At least it works in chimps. Chopping your nuts off might also prolong life, but more speculative:
