No other first world country has a large "people of color" subgroup that commits serious crimes at a rate of 8X or more compared to whites, more than that compared to Asians.

Until the crime rate is at acceptable levels, more incarceration has to happen.

 

Of course racists will blame skin color.More intelligent people will blame the society that causes so many people to turn to crime.

 

The US already has the highest incarceration rates in the developed world.Has for decades.Intelligent people realize that's not the answer.
