If you can't control yourself, then you are doomed. I suggest trying something else. Trading might not be for you. PS Awful jobs number this morning. IF your stock was weak yesterday on a large rally, imagine what it could do on a day where the mkt is going to open down big
I sold all my ISRG at open today. +Net PROFIT 30k (down from 70k @ 382) purchase buy 340 , exit around 369 ===================== fireplace, actually yesterday was a signal for me, it made me sell 75% of my position, So while my selling was not "good execution" ,
I was not asleep on the wheel.
Next trade will be a lot better, I learned a lot from my mistakes, Each mistake will make me stronger, the next trade I will be even more cockier.. Bet on that.
I sold 75% of the stock YESTERDAY @ 370, check http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=218728&perpage=6&pagenumber=41
Humble but confident? Do you think I'm superman? I'm sorry, but to expect this in a man is impossible. Our emotions go one way or another, either completely humble with low confidence, or a psycho egolamanic. This is how humans work, I can be humble when I wasn't making no money. But I can't be humble when 10s of thousands are pouring into my account on a daily basis, Its almost fucking impossible for human nature to do so. ========== You are asking for a lion to be polite while he chases down a zebra and devours him. You are asking for a crococidle to bite slowly while he chomps on a donkey. You are asking for a Swan to dance around and make a scene (they are quiet) I'm sorry, but its either ferocious or silent. No humble ferociousness.
