$40 million penthouse

One sure can t buy a palace for 20 million in hk, in the better residences on the chinese side of the border, small villas (300sqm, small garden) already go for 5mil and hk is much more expensive. Condos are cheaper than villas though.

 

well condo don't seem particulary cheap in HK, here's a 100plus million penthouse :

it's a bit frustrating to look at accommodations in HK, furthermore most areas are cramped and ceiling in apartments low

in singapore called the hamilton scotts.
