4-time Texas lotto winner rich with money, mystery

    Back in the 80's when I collected baseball cards, all boxes of packs came out the same with maybe 20 variations of boxes. All the packs in the boxes were were the same. So if you knew that a Dwight Gooden rookie was three deep down in the top left of one box and five deep down on the bottom right of another box, you could greatly increase your odds of getting that Gooden rookie.

    I am guessing this texas lotto is simillar. Texas probably prints the scratch off in bulk and have some nonrandom distribution method. Someone who pays close attention probably picked up on that and saw a very smart opportunity...good for her.
