Skills and income came be improved with education. The option for abortion should be freely available for people not ready to be parents but republicans keep making it harder and harder to get abortions . Countries with tough gun laws make it hard to get guns and have low gun violence rates but republicans make it very easy to get guns in America
No one has to make it easy. There are an estimated 4.5 million illegal firearms in circulation already.
Yes black kids growing up in decent neighborhoods with decent schools turn out good.As a country America needs to decrease poverty and improve education in these highly populated urban areas.
Tony the answer isnt " abortion". its educating blacks about not getting pregnant and having kids at an early age with no fathers. That is part of " the black culture" and needs to be addressed. Most of these pregnancies are planned which abortion has nothing to do with. By the way, getting an abortion in the black community is simple since they are liberal cities. trust me, its easy to get an abortion, thats a silly argument. having kids out of wedlock is " a cultural thing". You also have to question where the moral compass is.
When that fails there should be a back up plan available and republicans need to stop trying to eliminate or make that back up plan more difficult
Tony there is a " back up plan" Tony, there are plenty of abortion clinics in the liberal inner cities, what are you talking about. you are making it sound as if all of these out of wedlock kids are running around because of no access to abortion.. that is ridiculous, clinics are all over these liberal inner cities. the problem is the black culture endorses young out of wedlock pregnancies. as i said, there is a lack of a moral compass in the inner cities.
Wrong again. Its not a money problem, its a culture problem. Being in a gang is cool, no snitch is cool, drugs are cool, street cred is cool. Blaming the white man is cool. Money cant fix that. (Btw, poverty, education have improved incrementally every year for the last 50 years yet the violence numbers don't change)
