3 minute push up challenge

  1. Only one way to find out. Hit the bench and start pumping. First we must set some parameters. Is this three minutes straight? That seems impossible. I did a little experiment this morning with 120 lbs. After 45 seconds my arms were noodles. 37, best form possible. With no spotter I didn't want to give it another go.
