You guys can argue all you want about the interpretation of whether or not a law is constitutional, but the real discussion is how you would implement such a thing. It simply won't work.

    Exactly.
BUT look what happened before the CA 9th circuit struck down the HI capacity magazine ban[AUG\2020. Gun groups estimated more than a million magazines[Hi capacity] flooded the state just before the victory/LOL:D:D
YAHOO news noted CA gov goof Newsome defended the ban; but CA almost has enough signatures to recall that clown. :caution::caution::caution::caution::caution::caution::caution: Godspeed

Since the government has absolutely ZERO idea of who could possibly own an extended mag, they will never be able to enforce a ban on existing mags. They could stop new ones from being sold, but since you can 3D print them, who gives a shit?

    Morons.

I thought about selling my bb gun to the gov if they do a gun buyback/LOL.
BUT that may require to much printed paper/LOL .
I do like ''we the people'' helping any way we can to recall Gov goof Newsome\even if we choose not to live in a hi tax state like CA

    Good Riddance.

The only problem in this situation is that there is a need for the armed citizen who shot the criminal to stay at the location to give a statement to police. This guy simply gave the people back their money and then left the restaurant. Apparently he arranged with a lawyer to be interviewed by police today.

  8. He may have certain "considerations" that he has to weigh.

Such as, does he have any background factors that prohibit him legally owning a gun? Yes, there is a right to bear arms in general but when you are a felon your rights get limited, often.

Also, he needs a concealed carry permit unless he was openly carrying in a holster- I don't know.

Just sayin, he may be "okay" with not talking to them although since they have his truck on video there must a video shot that shows his plate. Again, I don't know.

This hero eliminated a career criminal in the middle of a robbery who previously shot a cell store owner to death. This situation shows what is wrong with the Soros backed DAs who coddle criminals and allow decent citizens to be victimized. To put this case in front of a grand jury is absurd IMO based on the facts as they are known at this time.
