Buying their e-book, the meditation shift, is the best thing I ever did for my trading. They recommend working your way up to two 15 minute sessions per day, but I found that didn't work for me. So I returned to the the 3 minute sessions, 5 times a day. The ideas of living in the present moment- and that you are not your thoughts- are powerful ones, especially for shorter-term traders. Thanks to Trader X for introducing me to TAD...highly recommend what they (and others) teach.
