25% tariff on goods coming in from Mexico announced

  1. On logical grounds. Since when should we appreciate or even include gdp derived from illegal activities (employing illegals and illegal labor is illegal last time I checked)? Are revenues from drug dealing included in gdp as well?

When did this forum state "Americans only?" I am a legal US resident. Feel free to participate in any other threads as well. How is your trading on steroids going these days? Is your thread still alive? I truly enjoyed reading your updates in the past.

No, and very wrong-headed. When you find yourself in a hole, the first step on solving your predicament is to stop digging. Same with drowning, falling through weak ice, driving in bad conditions: if you spaz, you bring yourself ruin. Wisdom says, "don't do that."

Yeah, saw that, 8 winners this year. No latino from memory. No idea how they came up with the spelling of some of the last proposed words, I could have at best spelled correctly a couple of those, which came from french - with some luck...
Indians are quite complicated with all the castes, I used to deal with many of them, who did quite well financially, but they were merchants, from castes related to trade, and just passable academic results were expected from their kids as far as I could feel.
Quite curious about those indian kids topping national exams in the US, not the first time I notice them. Suspect they come from more academic oriented castes.
