1544 on the cash is almost 1554 on the futures, no? Yea, like I said, my black box wouldn't find these "bargains."
In for another 5 at 1548.00. Not too many will sell at 1547.75, so far. That may only be because that is the bottom, so far. And it hit xxxx.50! Buyers must be getting concerned at this point.
One of the irony's of trading. If a position is going against you and you don't have a very clear plan defined before you even put on your first trade then its hard to take a loss at the "bad prices" your getting and it's easy to do good by averaging your your price while the market is taking a turn against you. You get to make even more money when the market goes in your favor!!! What a great deal!! On the other hand if a position is going well you feel like you should be a wise trader and not take any additional risk and take the "good" prices you're getting before the market reverses. Same thing happened to me today. I shorted the YM and covered at the close for a 35 point gain. I knew the weakness would probably have some follow through but didn't want to wake up in the morning and find the market had reversed. Anyways the YM has dropped another 66 points after hours. I wouldn't even have had to wait till the morning to cover. Hindsight.
OH WOW, EXACTLY. ES futures at 9:33 PM EDT now at 1548. IT'S GETTING UGLY. TIME TO BAIL SOON. MAYBE YOU'LL GET FILLED AT MORNING OPEN.
