  4. Not to mention as soon as someone shows any success at all, particullarly if its via unique or unusual methods in or out of the market, in the finance world--- the degenerate losers attack enmass---- it's truly a fascinating but sad reality.

  5. I don;t dispute this.

Everything but HFT, routing, and dark pools is glory days---- no doubt about it, manual chart reading day traders are living in the past.

  7. The Dark Lord also wrote this:

" in The Alchemy of Finance that Niederhoffer was the only one of his managers who retired voluntarily from trading for him while still ahead. Soros held Victor in such high esteem that he sent his son to work for him to learn how to trade.[2]" wiki

The ONLY one of the Dark Lord's managers who retired while ahead. Do you understand how many managers Soros has had? and the magnitude of what this means? surf:D

  8. I'm net positive over my trading career and everyday I spin around and around in my chair to the right, then to the left for 5 minutes prior to the opening bell. This must be the reason of my good fortune, so why drop what works?

You still haven't told us if he became a successful trader or not.

If you are bringing up Vic's mentoring ability, you should worship him as a teacher not as a trader... Nothing wrong with that...

I worship Jack Hershey as a philosopher and great thinker, not as a great trader...
