  1. Biden angered millions of voters who voted for him in 2020 so they didn't vote Dem in 2024.Its that simple,no need to wonder.

So much for Tony Stark's "Black Democrats stayed home is why Trump won" argument----
Trump Would Have Beat Kamala Harris by Five Points if Every Registered Voter Turned Out, Per Stunning Vox Report

Writing for Vox, Eric Levitz makes clear that “The reality is if all registered voters had turned out, then Donald Trump would’ve won the popular vote by 5 points [instead of 1.7 points]. So, I think that a ‘we need to turn up the temperature and mobilize everyone’ strategy would’ve made things worse.”

  5. Yeh, I dunno. It is more complicated that the Vox writer suggests.
One could make the case, rather easily I think, that dem turnout was very high, and voters were fully engaged to the point that many dems were willing to vote for Trump. This sort of runs contrary to the suggestion that you just need to get all the dem voters there (also it is pretty stupid to think you are ever going to get all registered voters out. you just hope for a very high turnout which they got.) Maybe dems should work on getting a winning candidate.

Democrats were united and turned out. Harris lost anyway.

While polls showed a tight race, Harris’ loss in a high-turnout, high-enthusiasm environment shows how the party’s messaging fell flat across the board. It wasn’t that Democrats stayed home, but rather that many, especially in blue states, voted for Trump — and embraced his campaign vision, which appealed to voters for different reasons. He offered a mix of promises to improve people’s lives and punish America’s enemies through an aggressive vision of masculinity.
