Yeah, I honestly don't care what is said. Whether or not one calls it a "victory" or a "close victory" or "not as much of a victory as it could have been " or whatever other subjective language people use to make themselves feel better - who really cares?

All I personally care about is whether one or both of the chambers is R controlled, putting a stop to the blank check.

It's like all the language about how bad Trump was or whether he was a good President. I don't care what people think of the guy (I personally don't like him). He accomplished a significant win in getting SCOTUS done, and that's all that matters. Scoreboard.

A win by one point is a win.

  4. Dems had control of hte house and WH and did absolutely nothing in past year. I understand what you mean about blank check, having two opposing parties to stale mate stuff.....but cannot think of anything significant achieved over this past legislative cycle.

  6. How bout the dems? They paid the largest price tag in the American history of Senate races to get their Cretan on board. Or should that be "cretin"?

  7. One of the prices you and your ilk will pay for the dems doing better than expected is that you can now 100% expect Biden to run in 2024.

What a mess. Maybe you can set a heart-lung machine up in the Oval Office and tell people that lots of people are on heart-lung machines- you know like you did with Fetterman.

  9. And he embodies what a Dem should and does look like and act like.

    No doubt about that.

Millions of demtards don't work or take a bath and they deserve to be represented by Senators like that.
