The suit was brought by two individuals named in the book as having been investigated by Boulder police as suspects in JonBenét's murder. The Ramseys were defended in those lawsuits by Lin Wood and three other Atlanta attorneys, James C. Rawls, Eric P. Schroeder, and S. Derek Bauer. The lawsuits against the Ramseys were dismissed.[18] In November 2006, Wood, on behalf of Rod Westmoreland, a friend of JonBenét Ramsey's father, filed a defamation suit against Keith Greer, who had posted a message on an Internet forum using the pseudonym "undrtheradar", accusing Westmoreland of participating in the kidnapping and murder.[19] In 2016, Wood represented Burke Ramsey, older brother of murder victim JonBenet Ramsey, in a pair of related lawsuits stemming from the CBS network docuseries The Case of: JonBenét Ramsey. The first suit was filed against Dr. Werner Spitz, a Michigan-based forensic pathologist, over his assertion in a promotional CBS Detroit radio interview that Burke killed his sister when a young child.[20] The other suit was against CBS and other parties involved in the docuseries, where the same allegations were made. Both lawsuits were settled out of court.[21]

The suit was settled in 2015 for $450 million plus up to $45 million in fees.[25] Wood was the lead attorney in Nicholas Sandmann's defamation suit against The Washington Post. Sandmann, a student at Covington Catholic High School, was a party to the January 2019 Lincoln Memorial confrontation. The suit was settled in July 2020.[26] In December 2019 Wood lost a multi-million defamation case for Vernon Unsworth against Elon Musk who had branded him a "pedo guy". The case was lost because the jury felt that Musk's tweet did not properly identify Unsworth, as he was not mentioned by name.[27] In July 2020, Wood was retained to represent Dr. Simone Gold, founder of America's Frontline Doctors, who was fired for appearing in a video making false claims about COVID-19.[28][29] In August 2020, Wood volunteered to work on the defense team for Kyle Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old charged with homicide for shootings during the Kenosha protests over the shooting of Jacob Blake.[30] In November 2020, Wood filed a lawsuit in Georgia challenging the state's process for voiding absentee ballots due to a lack of matching signatures.[31] As part of that lawsuit, Wood filed an affidavit with the court that purported to show suspiciously high turnout rates in parts of Michigan that trended toward Joe Biden, which upon review resulted from the affiant's confusion of municipalities located in Minnesota with locations in Michigan.[32] Wood's lawsuit failed after a Trump-appointed judge found "no basis in fact or in law" to stop Georgia's certification of its election results at such a late stage, as this would "breed confusion and potential disenfranchisement". The judge also ruled that Wood had no legal standing to bring the lawsuit, and that Wood had failed to show that he had been harmed.[33]
2020 election is over and all of Trump's lawyers are about to be disbarred. Buy1Sell2 lost $32K per contract trading ES in 2020.
Where are the Leftists who proclaim that Biden will be elected in December, saying that he would be illegitimate because he is leading in 3 states by about 45k votes?
Pennsylvania hearings went very well today. I think there is a 50 percent likelihood now that, in the end, the PA legislature will send the Trump electors to the Electoral College and Congreff will have to decide which electors are valid.
I suspect that the popular vote in 2020 could have been more along the lines of 80 million Trump and 65 million Biden with 10 million, give or take, illegal ballots. My suspicion takes into account the prospect of flipped votes.
