2020: a dest odyssey

Wife's self-directed 401k beat SPX for 2019. No vol-trading, tho.

 

Nice. Good to keep the wife rich.

 

lol I found out about the wife's BSC account the week of our honeymoon. Humbling. =) She's praying to get surplussed.

 

Dest.. now with this level of performance ---it is an even playing field...tread carefully...:>)

 

Up $1260 since Jan 2. I'll update later with what was traded.

 

I went into the weekend neutral D on a small SPX position (expiring today) and short a single ES. I am now working a large GOOGL asym combo.

 

Utilization is $23K but includes some shares.

 

Up $1,500 from inception and nearly $300 on short GOOGL deltas. Neutral GOOGL at 1380-85.

 

I added long shares and a bull OTM diagonal to the GOOGL combo. The combo is a Jan10 exp with the diagonal Jan10/17. Terminal BE is 1422ish on the upside. Downside is all gravy.

 

Weird action today. Staying out until (near) the close. Up $1,500.
