Legs are margined independently. No spread-trading execution. The return would've been much better had I been able to lock those positions and trade duration. It also didn't help matters that you are forced to lift offers and hit bids on every trade. That scraped at least 1000bp off the return. Ability to mark positions to fly, calendar, reversal-risk and you're looking at 4k to 100k easily. I took a digital option account (scaled) from 1k to 30k in the same period. (betonmarkets.com; betsfortraders.com; socgen's clickoptions; oanda). Trinitas shut-down operations due to the hits they took from my WMT and other equity share exotics. Oanda shut box options for a time when I arbed their digital-range bet against UBS. I am not gloating. You're welcome to avoid my advice as I AM NOT OFFERING ANY (directed to "the altruists")
Well very few are going to understand independently margined legs with spread trading execution. Most understand $1k to $30k, though.
