ferraris are very status-oriented sports cars. the typical ferrari is driven under 1000mi per year. in the exotic sports car arena, lambos tend to be driven more. among enthusiasts this is a known point, and lambo owners will mock ferrari owners over this (in good fun usually). but back to the bentley auction. i suspect there will be a last second bid to $55000 by someone with 0 feedback. you're crazy for not having a reserve price.
but back to the bentley auction. i suspect there will be a last second bid to $55000 by someone with 0 feedback. you're crazy for not having a reserve price. There will not be a shill bid of $55k at the last second. The auction is proceeding as I expected. Most of the action happens the last day (or even the last hour). I expect that the car will sell between $35k-42k. That is about right for this car. The current bid of $32.6k is right on schedule.
Interesting. OTOH, I see Ferraris driven around town all the time (and one guy parks his F430 in the municipal garage every day) but I rarely see the tractor company's products.
you see more ferraris because they've outsold lambo 3:1 in recent years, and before 2004 when the gallardo was introduced, ferrari outsold lambo by more than 8:1. back in 2000, when the diablo was the only model, lambo only sold a few hundred units worldwide while ferrari sold a few thousand. around here it's the same thing. i see about 5 ferraris for every lambo on the street.
Wow, you're really sharp... it's the same car, same VIN. I don't understand how someone can relist the car after the auction ended with a winning bidder.
Nice car. But according to the autocheck report you have on eBay the odometer has been rolled back. This fact lowers the value radically.
Completely untrue. Stop spreading lies. Check the Ebay auction, it says no such thing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...447205570&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MESELX:IT To give you the benefit of the doubt, I will assume that you don't know how to read the AutoCheck feature properly. Please apologize. Thanks
