  1. I'm short a lot more than you from 2802

I figure, live and let live, I'll trade my way and everybody else can trade their way

as long as we are all happy with our returns that's cool

  2. Good to hear from you.

My target on these shorts is 34.

Yes, I'm going back to my previous mindset...numerous quick in & outs. that's the way I think right now...it comes natural. If my style evolves into something else as insight comes so be it. If not so be it. But I can't or won't trade against my intuition ..or natural tendency right now.

  3. remember, NEVER take a loss.

you lose 50%, then you have to make 100% to get back to where you were!!!!!

true story, invested $60,000 and cashed out for over $160,000

so remember, to be great trader, you cannot take losses!!!!

    no matter what!!!!

    LOL

EUR/USD will never go up, keep selling!!!!!!

hold on, your phone is ringing

    margin call!!!!!!

    double up.....bet big, WIN big!!!!

  5. part of it is not being swayed by others. Most of them don't even know what the hell they are talking about anyway. They just repeat something they read in a book.

I know you think you are trading fast, but we use to trade those stock index futures for 1 tick, buy the bid sell the ask. It came out to $12.50 per trade before commissions.

one gets away from you put another one on. Sometimes I didn't even know if I was net long or short

there wasn't much overnight trading back then, and if you couldn't get them all off by the close it was a long sleepless night thinking, "Oh no, what the hell am I going to do now?"

  7. i want to be this scary in trading world.

i don't want any loser mentality tainting me

ok longs we squeezed them their eyeballs popped.

i picked every turn. IIIIII picked EVERY turn

i am micro managing every trade.....

in case you haven't noticed..i have NO loosing trades yet

i attribute that to good $ management and a keen eye for price

    MAX RISK..what is that?

I want to develop my own style. Don't want to clutter my mind with a bunch of stuffy formulas etc.

This isn't "calculus", this is trading EMOTION.

I'll be scaling up with my buying power. I can't wait till I'm swinging 2 or 3 lots like I do 1/2 now.

    Maybe because he's showing potential?

How can a piker 3 weeks off the sim do this??!! Well HE IS.

i'm holding this short till i see a good reason to cover it. I ain't seen no reason yet.

    ...............................................

the lad is full of piss and vinegar but dumb as a hammer on the trading side.

you offend everyone by running your mouth.

College you seem bewildered as to why some of the posters on your thread seem negative towards you.

On several occasions you've asked for insights from others. In return for their time attempting to help you, you've told them that they are BS and bragged about how well you are doing. Of course they are going to be offended.

If you don't mind the negativity, then continue with the same responses. If you want constructive advice that might differ from your own perspective you may want to change your style to be a bit more polite.

Either way, I don't think many would argue against you having a feel for the price movements. However, they might debate how sustainable it is (hence the over/under oldtime has mentioned.)

Your results so far have been great considering your experience and account size. You should be proud of that. However, respect is earned not taken. When you demand respect you are unlikely to get it.

Keep trading, keep learning and continue to show consistent gains and the respect will come (assuming that is what you want). However, bashing and bragging will just alienate the good traders from you.

I'll give you some unsolicited advice. In general there are two ways to learn the hard lessons in life: either from other people that have gone through it or through personal experience. My preference has always been to learn as much as I can from others and over the years it has served me very well.

Personally, I wish you good fortune in your trading and I enjoy reading the advice some of the other posters have given you.

  10. thanks for summarizing ALL THAT got me to where i am at right now.
An account that up 40% in LESS than a week.

Brought me back to my center. I know where I want to go from here and how I want to get there.

I'll place a hundred trades in a day if that's what I think is best for MY account
