At the end of the film the credits state that all the scenes are re-enactments and these are paid actors.
If they had any meaningful data then prosecutors would be very interesting in it. They have no useful data, and no real video (it's all re-enactments showing any misbehavior. It's all nonsense as outlined by many reviewers of the content of the film. The film is pure fiction.
