this is narrative from the fake news media... he's getting the highest ever support from within the party... so the 'rest of the world' is a false claim.

I have suggested this to a few... pretend you are a trump supporter for a few days, see what life is like when there is no more conflict.

the left is suffering from severe trump derangement syndrome... that's why they are making up a lot of stuff... problem is fakery usually brings internal conflicts and misery..

give it a try - life is much better on this side... I promise.

Glad you and Trump feel great living in your dream world.
But some prefer reality even with its bad side.
With a self grandizing, narciststic POTUS it matters to a lot of people.
He will be even more out of touch with reality, likely to get it wrong and not even realize.
He surrounds himself with fawning yes people who tell him constantly how great he is or ELSE !
He will get away with it, spending past assets until the roof falls in and he can't ignore it. He can't even be bothered to utter a kind word to previous allies.
As for suggesting regime change to Mrs May while standing on the same podium. Is too much. And who is he promoting ? A look alike, sound alike lunatic !

all this narrative is just the power-hungry left elites feed down to the brain washed.

    #walkaway.

join the trump camp for a couple of weeks... give a test drive... feel the harmony... there will be no more hatred and conflicts.

    https://www.cnn.com/2018/07/31/politics/trump-tariffs-china/index.html

    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...higher-tariff-on-200-billion-of-china-imports

CNN)The Trump administration plans to raise pending tariffs on $200 billion in Chinese goods to 25% from 10%, a source familiar with discussions confirmed to CNN.

The news was first reported by Bloomberg.
The move, which is not finalized and could change, according to the source, comes as the United States and China remain locked in a trade war. Talks between US and Chinese officials have done little to ease tensions.
The United States has already imposed 25% tariffs on Chinese goods worth $34 billion. China immediately responded with its own tariffs on US goods worth $34 billion.
A second round of tariffs on products worth $16 billion could take effect as soon as this week.

Trump is trying to ruin the Chinese economy. It is greatly dependant on trade.

Yes, but was it not his plan to create jobs in the US. Get Chinese jobs back?

Tesla is planning to invest 5 billion in China because of the trade tariffs war started by Trump.
5 Billion invested in the Chinese economy instead of the US economy. Lots of new jobs in China instead of in the US. A new Harley Davidson story.

Trump attacked Iran too, but suddenly changed 180° direction when somebody told him: be careful for the strait of Hormuz.
He suddenly wants to talk with Iran now.
Trump probably has no idea where the strait of Hormuz is or what it is. 20% of all the oil in the world has to go thru that strait. If Iran would put a mine field overthere, oil prices would explode, also for the average joe who needs fuel for his car or oil for his heating.

Trump has no clue about anything when it concerns economy.
The next thing they should explain him is the meaning of "Pyrrhic victory" as he surely did never hear about that word too. If he can already not tell how much 16*7 is...

Putting on high tariffs is surely an admission that the US can't or won't compete with China.
So if every want in the US is going to be satisfied by a US made product, then the Americans are going to have to pay a lot more for products.
When tariffs were introduced in the early 20th century the home companies initially sold more under this protective umbrella BUT came to depend on ever higher tariffs rather than competing.
I would suggest the tariff barrier to be made but with a certain timespan. If the home companies can't pull it together enough to be competitive, then tough ! They had their chance.
Of course most of the top hogs just look after themselves and care not a jot for the national interest which doesn't help.
