I don't have any projections apart from going with standard support zones. I will not be trading this. I just posted my observations. I will be waiting upon weekly chart to start giving bearish signals, so far (the way I view a chart) weekly is still bulllish.

  6. yeah, increasenow coming back has to mark some kind of short-term bottom in oil (j/k). I'm pretty neutral on oil right now after the last two days, at least until further confirmation. it's getting too dangerous on either side imo.

Yesterday: I had work to catch up on, so I stayed at the office doing overtime (European time)... what could go on the day before inventories... missed the move completely.

Today: market stop at 137.45, got filled at the end of the line at 136.3 - about 480 contracts got filled before mine in less than a second (TWS), but what's 1,100 USD in slippage among friends?

Got stopped out by a few ticks for a minor loss only to freeze like a deer in the headlights while I watched it go down 4 whole dollars within a minute (plus another dollar later, but I would have bailed out after 2-3 thousands in profits).

So sad... :( It's hard not to look at the charts afterwards and wonder how the hell I didn't make a load of money with such a clear opportunity, but... well, in hindsight I guess we all could make 100% daily, compound it and buy us a nice country or two every year...

If anyone has any suggestions regarding better/faster execution during news announcements, I'd appreciate them.

    Best trading,

    Jorge
