  1. this isn't bad. boy...thank god you backed up your logic with a chart of the rkh retesting lows even though you wanted draw it up like it was total destruction. maybe you should start poking around for bargains in the regionals. they do exist.

anyhow...it will get bad 10 years from now when medicare and social security start failing. this is not bad...

  3. btw,

i just recalled that CNBC had to get Kudlow out of bed at 12 PM eastern on Friday to try to gum flap the bull case.

King Dollar and all the crap with it.

he didn't even have enough time to put in his contact lenses or sit for make-up

what a diaper full that was.

  4. That's a frightening thought.

I follow much of what David M. Walker, former Comptroller General of the United States, has to say about entitlement programs, unfunded U.S. liabilities, and the accounting standards our government is currently using to base its budget on, and you're very right.

When retirements en masse in the U.S. begin in earnest, we can either a) tell them to flip off, which will cause major political and economic problems (and probably won't happen), or b) raise working-aged peoples' tax rates to 60% and more - in order to support the three retired people for every one person working.

    Not a pretty picture.

Firstly, it is a sign of weakness on Foreign Policy with the current administration that Israel has to do on its own initiative. It's used to be White House job. Secondly, I think Israel will NOT start the attack under the current administration for any circumstances because Bush term will expire soon and Israel does need a confirmed long term support from the White House and we don't know yet who will be the next President and what his thought about.

  6. No guess but I think it will move up by end of month. I believe there is a big supply issue with China and India growing so fast but I don’t trust Bush either. I think oil starts moving down if the Democrats win.

I'm sure about the first statement; but not completely sure for the second statement, just my feeling.

  9. OIL is $138 a barrel - nice call fool! People listen, don’t EVER take the advice of people on posts or ANY "ANALyst. ANALysts all spew mindless drivel that they learned while in MBA schools. They are trained to follow certain data and cannot think for themselves (like sheep being lead into slaughter houses). In short, the majority are idiots and that is why a blind monkey throwing darts can typically receive a better ROI (and that is a fact, not a joke).

You keep betting against oil and I promise you the ONLY call you will be getting is: "Hello, this is former oil prognostication guru, how may I help you?" "Yes, hi, I need a large pizza with sausage please."

On a positive note, when you are done shorting oil, just know that I could always use someone in the kitchen of my restaurant to wash dishes. Oh, and I will promise you that I will keep your former "profession" our little secret.
