I'd prefer to keep this thread clean but, I couldn't resist this one. Practice patience(good for your trading too) and see the consistency and the outcome after a few weeks, guaranteed you'll end up eating your words.
I trade the ER2. 1 contract most times. Will add extra contract within a few ticks of the overall stop. Had two days this year with $+1500. One day I lost $700 Never try to have a goal (percentage or dollar amount). Just take what the market gives. Goals always phucked with my head and cost me.

You must master ES before taking advantage of the ER2 lack of liquidity and then 5 to 10 cars max for scalping. You're right, having a goal messes up with the mind, which is why it's a very good practice to get the mindset formed.
I agree too. I'm very much against posting any type of results or journals that their authenticity cannot be substantiated. I cannot understand as to why they do not post their bottom line statement with sufficient data that would confirm their claims!
