Notice there is a pattern to the AI resistant surviving professions. Human beings either entertaining and/or understanding on an emotional level other human beings, or the highly creative professions.
The catch is this: It will also increase the outgoings of the US Gov by about 2.5 Trillion per year. So that's 20 trillion by 2025... so that increase in the economy of 2.5 Trillion by 2025 is totally trumped by the increase in debt... likely defaulting the US Gov and making the economy collapse instead of making it bigger....

Power is used in the most basic way in our society, it is not a means to an end. There isn't a utopia. Power begets more power, and UBI will give those in positions of power even more leverage against the common man. Maybe just maybe, it does happen.... But, what do I know?
