Right now its 99% chance of no rate hike or cut. His wording will be the same exact it has been for the last year. Bulls will find the smallest bit of positive news to bring this market to record highs.

 

If it goes up ill buy stocks, if it goes down ill sell stocks, if it goes back and for too crazy ill lose money... hows that for insight!
