Nope, the democrats are fighting hard to start early voting for the 2056 election. They want to make sure everyone has enough time.
Found this gem in the Texas lawsuit. Texas is arguing democrats maybe didn’t commit fraud but committed the perfect crime in a multi state, nationally coordinated voter fraud conspiracy. Huh? They are arguing this under the pretext that belief in election integrity is essential to democracy despite they, themselves - the plaintiffs and president - systematically undermined belief in election integrity without any evidence by flooding the national conversation with baseless allegations. See how circular this is? It’s such a truly stupid argument to bring before the Supreme Court.
More. It begins, states are realizing that if Texas can get a hearing in a state v state suit they can too. Even if SCOTUS only decides to hear this case the flood of litigation will be never ending.
Disagree. Federal elections should be overseen by Federal regulators. If the SCOTUS doesn't do something and just lets this fraud stand, there won't be any need for "making sure we never have such insecure voting procedures again".
Isn't that already how it works.... the states name electors who go to the convention and cast their votes? The electors are not REQUIRED to cast their votes for the winners in their state as it is. The SCOTUS needs to acknowledge the widespread and rampant fraud by requiring the electors from those states abstain at the convention. That way neither candidate would get the required 270 electoral votes and the decision could be thrown into the House of Representatives. If the Dems are allowed to get away with this heist, it will be America's "Battle of the Alamo!"
If the states "select electors"... and they go to the EC convention and cast their vote the same way as the fraudulent election, what wrong has been righted"
