17" LCD Recommendation

    I fished around the SGI website and if live in the USA go here:

    Select a State, ignore the Product box, and click FIND -- it will take you to a list of authorized resellers of SGI products in your state. Funny thing is, I spoke to one of their customer service people and she told me that Dell is not an authorized reseller! Go figure.

  3. I was at comp usa the other day and samsung makes a really cool flat 15 and 17" monitor with cable tv connected to it so you can open up a window watch CNBC while you are making those awesome trades

    I have the EIZO FlexScan L675 18.1" with DVI-I set at 1280 x 1024 with 60 Hz (the only frequency that can be displayed for digital).

    It's a beaut!

    I've been using (4) Philips 180p LCD's with an Appian X video card for the last 9 months. The strait digital output is fantastic. This site has an excellent Hardware Review page which is down at the moment , it's a must read before any new purchase.
