If you can't pick it or kill it and eat it in it's natural state, don't put it in your mouth. If it comes in a can or a box, leave it alone. Would get rid of most diabetes and heart disease in short order.
I'm not sure why some of the additives end up in food in the first place. Wouldn't the food taste the same or better without it?
They forgot Bisphenol-A and fluoride. They're pretty much in everything. Most food colorings are carcinogenic or hypoallergenic, too.
With square foot gardening one person can grow all the veggies they need in sixteen square feet!! Aztecs had a valley with a million people in it, modern farming can only feed a hundred thousand people with the same area... I think they were using square foot gardening techniques, maybe harvesting fog, and they were definitely growing the most nurtrient dense foods, one of which was Chia Seeds..
