law professors William Baude of the University of Chicago and Michael Stokes Paulsen of the University of St. Thomas — both members of the conservative Federalist Society — argued in a law review article that Trump is already constitutionally forbidden from serving in public office because of Section Three of the 14th Amendment.

 

Yeah, well, unfortunately for those "legal experts" they are TSOL, because Trump did not engage in insurrection or rebellion himself, but rather his followers did. All Trump did and has been doing was give a speech crying about the results, and that suggests simply resistance on his part. Not one of these "legal experts" has brought forth any case law that proves otherwise.

That 14th amendment shit is gonna' get overruled in the Supreme Court, because nothing will stick to that man. He's your 47th Prez folks. Deal with it.
