As a shareholder of 20,000 GE shares (If they are still in business) I am thinking maybe a Shareholder Proposal to boot Cramer from CNBC might be a good idea. What do you think.
GE and CNBC have pretty much a money based relationship, which is pretty rational. As long as Cramer is bringing in money, as well as the rest of the CNBC motley crew, I'd imagine GE has little concern over content or quality. CNBC ratings spike whenever economic problems and crises emerge. I do believe if more people had access to Bloomberg, CNBC would take a big hit. Maybe. I'm not positive. I'd hope so.
