100 year bonds - would any of you buy them

    More bang for your buck in deflation protection. You can spend less on longer term treasuries to protect yourself from deflation with 100 year maturities than say a 20 yr

    Are you saying life is so hard in Russia they get drunk to make it livable?

    Or that they are so dependent on it they need to get by?

    I think you can have a good understanding of inflation and that isn't necessarily exclusionary of having a hedge versus deflation.
