100:1 or 200:1 and an API for Program Trading ?

    Does anyone know of a forex broker that has decent spreads and has 100:1 or 200:1 and also has an API that allows program trading.

    IB and Oanda both have API's for program trading but their maximum margin is 50:1

    GFT Forex

    Each offers an API, and I'm sure there are many others. Also don't forget MetaTrader dealers.
