No ofc not. This case was a 17 year old guy and a 15 year old girl. If that's child molestation then half the population is going to jail. There ought to be some kind of accounting for age difference, so that people of similar age are not risking being classed as sex offenders for normal teenage sexual conduct.

it burns to be convicted of anything no matter how small when you are really innocent. And it really burns to be convicted over stupid issues, when there are people out there that are alive by eating human flesh. But that is the good thing about this world, welcome to hell if you have just figured all this out. if you are really rich many doors will open to you, (obviously because doing business with rich people is lucrative), people will find you what you want, slaves and sex slaves and so on, so the 'land of free' is not a geographical area but a state of being that only the elite enjoy, and I really believe that the elite have the right to abuse the weak, I have repeated this so many times that all must have memorized this by now; humans are cheap and their suffering can not be an issue of importance let alone to be resolved
