  1. (CNN) -- Ten states plan to file a federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the new health care reform bill, Florida's attorney general announced Monday.

Bill McCollum, the Republican attorney general under fellow Republican Gov. Charlie Crist, told a news conference that the lawsuit would be filed once President Obama signs the health care bill into law. He said he'll be joined by his counterparts in Alabama, Nebraska, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington.

All of the attorneys general in the 10 states mentioned by McCollum are Republican, but McCollum said the lawsuit would be about the law and not politics.

Also Monday, Virginia's Republican attorney general said his state would file a lawsuit challenging the health care bill. It was unclear if Virginia would join the other states or proceed on its own.

  3. Court challenge wont stand a chance

I'd love another civil war. This isn't the 1800's,The US military would crush a rebel army with ease today. We could kill a bunch of treasonous Republican racists with minimal losses and long live the Democrats

I would also join the military immediately to fight those mother fuckers

  4. you would create the biggest Banana Republic in the process.
do you ever think before you act?

  5. The last time racist conservatives started a civil war it didn't work out to well for them

At least back then they were almost equal in terms weapons, today they have shotguns, semi auto rifles and pistols against the US military :D :D

Good luck to them and the US would recover and be stronger then ever just like last time.

A lot of people compared Obama to Abe,they might be more alike then any of us ever imagined

  7. 1) There is going to be a move to get the mandate into court, for all anyone knows it could get overturned.

    2) If u kill all the repubs (lol), who is going to fund the entitlement class??? If we split the country evenly by party today, the repub side would prosper while the Dems would be a 3rd world shithole, how would they be able to afford all their programs without taxing the shit out of the rich. Don't believe me take a look at east/west germany post WWII.

    3) What makes u think the military would side with Obama in a civil war? The country is 50/50 split, in war all this political shit is going to scatter like seeds in the wind, they'll fight for whoever they want.

    4) Quit talking tough on an anonymous board dude, you wouldn't do shit anyway :p

  8. "According to a 2004 study by the Pew Research Center, liberals were the most educated ideological demographic and were tied with the conservative sub-group, the "Enterprisers", for the most affluent group. 9. Other than the fact that he is the Commander in Chief, he did have more troop support during the Presidential campaign.

“U.S. soldiers have donated more presidential campaign money to Democrat Barack Obama than to Republican John McCain, a reversal of previous campaigns in which military donations tended to favor GOP White House hopefuls."

"Troops serving abroad have given nearly six times as much money to Obama’s presidential campaign as they have to McCain’s, the Center for Responsive Politics said."
