G, you don't appear to be a big fan or Trump anymore, but you are simultaneously "right" so should we just ignore any difference due to simple mental lazyness? Judean people's front, I tell ya. I guess you are the popular people's front in that sketch. (the guy who was on his own, over there).
So what is your point here? And where can you point to where I was a fan of Trump. Note that I have outlined in the past the support of particular decisions/policies by administrations (Trump, Obama, etc.) and also policies I did not support. This is different than trying to assert I was a fan of a President -- which HFM continually tries to do. As we move into the Biden administration I will continue to outline the policies his administration puts forward I agree with or disagree with -- along with reasoning & support via articles, etc. Anyone who thinks that I have magically transformed into supporting every proposal pushed by Democrats is in for a shock.
Oh, so you want to be understood not as an x but by each of your individual viewpoints on policies and issues?
And I will make the point that my perspectives have been very consistent over the past 10 years on ET.
That sidestep won't work with me, I'm not Jem and I'm only a Gnus on a Tuesday. You are you and we should all somehow know your component parts making a whole?
What are you trying to say? Spell it out. The point I am making is that despite wild claims from HFM -- I have not magically converted from being a Republican to being a Democrat.... and in any way changed my views over the past decade. Any reading of my posting history in full context will prove this.
I can't make it much clearer and I know you understand my point. It's a about the labels. You want to call antifascism, anarchist because it contains traces of nuts. We can/should call you a Trumpet you are "Republican" and you even agreed with some of his agenda but not all? Not like people who are anti fascism at all. Because it's you, not them. Now I'm taking a big risk by making a 2nd point on the same post as you will use this as wriggle room but hell, I don't have all day. Demonisation of the term anti-fascism is singularly troubling. We don't want fascism. I don't think you want fascism anyway. If fascism arose in the future and knowing it uses a stealth approach to take over leadership, business and law/military (sneaky) what are the people against it to be known as?
You are talking out of your ass. Who cares what job you had or have? We talked about a specific issue and you could not once stick to the point. What a waste of precious time. On ignore.
Your time is not precious. Knife to fragile ego, two strikes, gives it, can't take it in politics. Remember, discuss the accusation, never the source! Or so say the trolls. (for the Americans, Old Street is associated with trading in London, even when trading was apples and pears. Every pretender thinks he is the Wolf of Old Street, its a bit of an in-joke.)
So my summary of this is that you are trying to label all Republicans or anyone who does not agree with a far-left wing agenda as Fascists. Similarly you are trying to wiggle out of calling ANTIFA as anarchists and try to claim they are antifascist. Were the ANTIFA protests in Portland yesterday where ANTIFA attacked the Democratic party offices and demanded that Biden resign an example of antifascist behavior -- thus implying that both Joe Biden and the Democratic party are Fascists.
