Pretty sure the testimony is released @ exactly 10:00am prior to Powell actually reading it.
Market reacted to the printed release IMO.

 

The market is just one big p&d. Powell was just an excuse.

 

I had buy stops in for SOXS nailed it.

Agree with that. It was most certainly not released at 830. Not sure on what @SunTrader bases that claim.

 

Might even throw a 75 bp increase there. All depends on how inflation goes and how well they think the economy can take it.

 

Nothin' but choppy/sloppy today.

Though if 3986-3990 area gives way ... woo boy.
