Yes, but I know people from those countries and they cannot believe we have a gang problem that lasts more than a month, it makes no sense to them at all.... their solution results in fewer deaths than our does? Quite probably so... and less disruption of homes and schools.... gang problem, what a joke, a culture that is run by it's teenagers is in collapse, run from it, run far....
